I'm Kahlil Mae B. Gullegos, a Psychology Graduate with experience in Human Resources and Administrative Works. Through my experience, I have developed a people-oriented approach to HR balancing the needs of employees and the organization while contributing to a positive, organized and productive workplace. One of the most rewarding parts of my HR experience has been working closely with operations and getting to know the people behind the work. I understand that their jobs are not easy, and being able to listen to their concerns, understand their situation, and provide supports has given me deeper appreciation for the people I work with. Outside my professional life, I value personal growth, meaningful relationships, and experiences that help me become a better version of myself.
